It is essential that the HCC’s Statement of Faith aligns with the candidate’s beliefs to ensure a unified vision for ministry and spiritual leadership. A pastor who shares the church’s doctrinal convictions can effectively guide the congregation in worship, teaching, and outreach with authenticity and integrity. This alignment fosters trust, strengthens the church’s mission, and promotes long-term stability within the congregation.
